Job description
Summary
Datum Technologies Group is seeking a hands-on SailPoint Identity Security Cloud (ISC) Engineer. The role focuses on supporting, maintaining, troubleshooting, and enhancing the SailPoint ISC platform, including resolving Jira tickets, implementing fixes, supporting integrations, and maintaining production operations.
Responsibilities
- Manage, investigate, and resolve Jira tickets related to SailPoint ISC
- Troubleshoot technical and functional issues within the SailPoint Identity Security Cloud (ISC) platform
- Implement fixes, configurations, and enhancements within SailPoint ISC
- Provide ongoing production support and platform maintenance
- Support SailPoint ISC implementations, upgrades, and enhancements
- Develop, maintain, and troubleshoot API integrations and related technical components
- Identify root causes of platform issues and implement appropriate resolutions
- Collaborate with technical and business teams to address identity and access management requirements
- Maintain platform stability, security, and operational efficiency
Skills
- Strong hands-on experience with SailPoint Identity Security Cloud (ISC)
- Experience supporting and maintaining SailPoint ISC in a production environment
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Experience managing and resolving technical issues through Jira
- Hands-on experience with REST APIs/API integrations
- Experience with SailPoint ISC implementations, configurations, and enhancements
- Solid understanding of Identity and Access Management (IAM) concepts and processes
Qualifications
Must Haves
- Strong hands-on experience with SailPoint Identity Security Cloud (ISC)
- Experience supporting and maintaining SailPoint ISC in a production environment
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
