Senior Business Transformation Analyst

Summary

DaVita Kidney Care is seeking a Senior Analyst - Operations Innovation to support enterprise-critical initiatives. The role focuses on operating model changes, growth strategy operationalization, process re-engineering, analytics, financial modeling, stakeholder communication, and project management.

Responsibilities

• Leverages hypotheses-based approach to identify, validate, and quantify opportunities
• Develops and improves credible and pragmatic analytical approaches and frameworks; uses continuous improvement tools (e.g. Lean, Six-Sigma) when appropriate
• Builds complex models and conducts financial planning and analyses to assess impact on business metrics
• Analyzes large datasets to derive meaningful insights
• Observes operations to incorporate ‘real-world’ considerations into work
• Conveys findings in a cohesive story, including summarizing insights from analysis
• Distills complex business problems into cohesive, impactful stories; builds appropriate horizontal and vertical logic in presentations
• Works closely with teammates in the clinics and develops long-standing relationships with operators and clinicians
• Creates and manages individual work plan and contributes to the overall project plan

Skills

• 1-4 years of total work experience
• This is a hybrid role (in-office on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday)
• Experience with large-scale business transformations with tangible impact on operating/financial performance preferred
• Strong analytical and presentation skills preferred
• Evidence of strong partnership ability preferred
