Summary
The company is a global climate technologies organization focused on sustainable HVACR technologies, cold-chain protection, and efficient residential, commercial, and industrial spaces. It is seeking an Oracle IT Analyst to deliver and support Oracle E-Business Suite solutions for Procure-to-Pay and Order-to-Cash operations, including requirements analysis, functional design, testing, training, support, and continuous improvement.
Responsibilities
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders and translate them into functional specifications for Oracle E-Business Suite
- Design, configure, and support Oracle R12 SCM /Distribution modules, including Purchasing, Order Management, iProcurement, Inventory, and iSupplier, Shipping , WMS , Pricing ensuring correct setup of profile options, flexfields, and business rules
- Map existing ("as-is") business processes, perform gap analysis, and design optimized ("to-be") processes aligned with Oracle EBS capabilities
- Create and maintain functional documentation, including scope documents, functional design documents, use cases, process flows, and user training materials
- Develop and execute functional test scripts and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to ensure solutions meet business requirements
- Provide end-user training and ongoing functional and technical support, including issue resolution and management of Oracle Service Requests (SRs)
- Act as a key liaison between business users and technical teams, ensuring effective communication and successful delivery of IT solutions
- Support continuous improvement initiatives by identifying process efficiencies and system enhancement opportunities
Skills
- University degree in Information Technology, Business, Supply Chain, or a related field
- 3-5 years of hands-on experience with Oracle E-Business Suite R12, with strong functional expertise in Distribution (Procurement/Order Management) modules
- Solid understanding of the Procure-to-Pay (P2P)/ Order to Cash(O2C) lifecycle and related supply chain business processes
- Experience with at least one end-to-end Oracle implementation or multiple Oracle Procurement support projects
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently
- Experience creating functional documentation and process maps
- Working knowledge of SQL for querying tables and reading packages
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Functional knowledge of ASCP AND Manufacturing modules
- Experience working in a global or cross-functional environment
- Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to communicate effectively at all organizational levels
- Proactive, pragmatic, and results-oriented mindset
