Summary

NewGen Technologies delivers IT solutions and technology talent to address complex client challenges in secure and enterprise environments. The Full Stack Developer II will develop, test, maintain, integrate, deploy, and support scalable .NET web applications, APIs, user interfaces, business logic, and data-access components while collaborating in Agile teams.

Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, test, and maintain full-stack applications using C#, .NET, and ASP.NET Core
  • Build RESTful web APIs, server-side services, business logic, and data-access components using Entity Framework Core and relational databases
  • Develop responsive user interfaces using HTML, CSS, JavaScript or TypeScript, and an applicable framework such as Blazor, Angular, or React
  • Apply secure coding, authentication and authorization, exception handling, logging, automated testing, source control, and code-review practices
  • Collaborate in Agile teams to integrate, troubleshoot, document, deploy, and support .NET applications in cloud or enterprise environments

Skills

  • Able to obtain a Public Trust designation for access to sensitive, unclassified government information
  • At least 3 years of relevant experience with an Associate degree, including hands-on .NET full-stack development using C#, ASP.NET Core, web APIs, front-end technologies, and relational data-access components
  • C#, .NET, and ASP.NET Core
  • REST APIs, MVC, dependency injection, and middleware
  • Entity Framework Core, LINQ, SQL, and relational databases
  • HTML, CSS, JavaScript or TypeScript, plus Blazor, Angular, or React
  • Unit and integration testing, Git, CI/CD, security, logging, and cloud deployment
  • Skills in Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
