The company is seeking an IT Operations Engineer to provide hands-on infrastructure support across Cisco networking, Windows Server, VMware, Active Directory, WSUS, SolarWinds, and enterprise backup environments. The role focuses on monitoring, incident response, troubleshooting, vulnerability management, and team collaboration during an overnight shift.

- Professional experience supporting IT infrastructure in an enterprise environment
- Hands-on Cisco CLI experience
- Layer 1 and Layer 2 network troubleshooting
- Wireless access point troubleshooting

- Vulnerability remediation and registry edits
- VMware vCenter experience
- Active Directory administration and troubleshooting
- Infrastructure monitoring experience
- Strong communication and shift handoff skills
