- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Familiarity with project management tools such as Microsoft Project, Jira, Asana, Trello, Smartsheet, or Monday.com
- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- CAPM (Certified Associate in Project Management) certification or willingness to pursue it
- Knowledge of Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall project methodologies
- Experience with project reporting and stakeholder management
- Basic understanding of budgeting and resource planning
