Job description
Summary
4Consulting, Inc. provides technology consulting, application development, systems analysis, testing, data management, cybersecurity, infrastructure, and project delivery services for client projects. The Software Developer will design, configure, maintain, and integrate identity governance capabilities and identity lifecycle processes while supporting Agile delivery, testing, troubleshooting, documentation, compliance activities, and operational handoff.
Responsibilities
- Design, configure, and maintain identity governance capabilities, including access request processes, approval workflows, provisioning rules, certifications, roles, birthright access, and reporting
- Develop and maintain integrations with identity sources, target applications, directories, HR systems, ticketing platforms, and other enterprise systems while managing identity attributes, entitlements, and access mappings
- Implement and test identity lifecycle processes, including onboarding, transfers, terminations, deprovisioning, access reviews, and related provisioning and fulfillment activities across development, test, and production environments
- Support Agile delivery, troubleshooting, deployments, documentation, compliance activities, and operational handoff while collaborating with architects, security teams, application owners, vendors, and client stakeholders
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience
- 3–5 years of hands-on experience implementing identity governance and administration solutions, including identity lifecycle management, application integrations, workflow configuration, testing, and deployment
- Identity governance and administration, identity lifecycle management, access management, application integration, workflow development, provisioning, access certification, REST/SOAP integration, testing, reporting, troubleshooting, Agile development
- Hands-on experience implementing Saviynt IGA, including access request catalogs, approval workflows, provisioning rules, certifications, SAV roles, birthright access, reports, dashboards, and platform configuration
- Experience integrating authoritative identity sources and enterprise target applications, including Database, Workday, DAP, Active Directory, LDAP, SuccessFactors, Okta, Collibra, custom applications, and disconnected applications through file-based integration
- Experience implementing ServiceNow integration for access request interfaces and ticket creation/management supporting onboarding, offboarding, provisioning, and identity lifecycle processes
- Experience delivering federal and healthcare identity governance processes, including JML lifecycle management, access reviews, entitlement governance, least-privilege access, approval routing, SLAs, notifications, exception handling, and compliance evidence
- Ability to communicate with technical and business stakeholders
- Ability to prepare project documentation, status updates, and deliverables
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States. Sponsorship may be considered where permitted by company policy and project requirements
- Experience working with Agile development methodologies and sprint-based delivery
- Ability to produce clear technical documentation, operational procedures, and implementation artifacts
