Job description
Summary
Diverse Lynx is seeking a Network-L2 professional. The role involves providing expert knowledge of network infrastructure and support for Cisco and Palo Alto devices while ensuring adherence to security policies.
Responsibilities
- Provide expert knowledge of network infrastructure, including routing, switching, gateways, Firewalls
- Provide support on Cisco switches, routers & wireless devices
- Provide support on Palo Alto firewalls and VMware velocloud SD-WAN devices
- Implement firewall changes to support required access will adhering to security policies
- Maintaining computer networks including routers, switches, Client, firewalls and other physical hardware
- Installing and configuring network equipment
- Monitoring computer systems to improve network performance for all systems
- Troubleshooting, resolving, and communicating networking issues to other employees and management
- Implementing disaster recovery procedures
- Maintaining current knowledge and understanding of security and networking best practices to offer the best solutions and protection to company systems
- Flexible to work in 24*7 environment
- Flexible to work on weekends
- Good communication skills to deal with customer
- End-to-End knowledge of activities being done

- Cisco Certified (L2- CCNP)
