Job description
Summary
Diverse Lynx is hiring a ServiceNow CMDB and ITOM Developer for a remote role. The position focuses on designing, developing, and maintaining CMDB solutions, configuring ServiceNow ITOM capabilities, building integrations, improving CMDB health, and aligning platform architecture with CSDM and ITIL best practices.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain CMDB solutions within ServiceNow
- Configure and support Discovery, Service Mapping, and MID Servers
- Implement Identification and Reconciliation Engine (IRE) and CMDB governance processes
- Integrate CMDB with ITSM, ITOM, Asset Management, and cloud platforms
- Develop Business Rules, Script Includes, Client Scripts, UI Policies, and Flow Designer solutions
- Build REST/SOAP integrations with enterprise applications
- Improve data quality, service visibility, and CMDB health across the organization
- Support platform upgrades, troubleshooting, and performance Eligible to workimization
- Collaborate with stakeholders to align CMDB architecture with CSDM and ITIL best practices
Skills
- ServiceNow Development experience
- Strong expertise in CMDB, Discovery, and Service Mapping
- Hands-on experience with ITOM and ITSM modules
- Knowledge of CSDM, IRE, and CMDB Governance
- Proficiency in JavaScript, Flow Designer, Integration Hub, and REST/SOAP APIs
- Experience with MID Server configuration and cloud integrations (AWS/Azure/Eligible to workP)
- Understanding of ITIL processes and best practices
- AIOps/Event Management
- HAM, SAM, SecOps, or GRC exposure
- ServiceNow certifications (CSA/CAD/CIS-ITOM
