Summary
Doyle Security Services, Inc. (DSS) is seeking a motivated Microsoft Dynamics 365 Developer to support enterprise Customer Service solutions for the Department of Veterans Affairs. The role involves designing, developing, and enhancing Microsoft Dynamics 365 applications while collaborating with various stakeholders to deliver high-quality CRM solutions that improve services for Veterans.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and customize Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Service solutions
- Develop plugins, workflows, business rules, forms, entities, and process automation
- Configure Dynamics 365 modules to meet evolving business requirements
- Develop integrations between Microsoft Dynamics 365 and enterprise systems using APIs, web services, Azure Logic Apps, and Power Automate
- Support Microsoft Dataverse and Power Platform integrations
- Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions
- Participate in unit testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and production deployments
- Troubleshoot application issues and implement performance improvements
- Create and maintain technical documentation
- Follow Microsoft development best practices
- Support continuous improvement initiatives across Dynamics 365 solutions
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related discipline (or equivalent professional experience)
- Minimum two (2) years of hands-on Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Service development experience
- Five (5) to seven (7) years of overall IT experience
- Experience developing customizations, plugins, workflows, and integrations within Microsoft Dynamics 365
- Experience With Several Of The Following: Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Service, C#, .NET, JavaScript, Microsoft Dataverse, Power Apps, Power Automate, REST APIs, Web Services, Azure Logic Apps, Microsoft Azure, CRM Configuration, Solution Deployment
