Job description

Summary

Edkey is seeking a Product Management Analyst to join their Clearing Product Management team supporting critical post-trade systems. The role involves translating business and regulatory requirements into product deliverables, coordinating release planning, and ensuring stakeholder alignment.

Responsibilities

  • Help define product vision, roadmap, and prioritization in alignment with enterprise strategy, regulatory developments, and market shifts
  • Translate complex business and regulatory requirements into clear product requirements and acceptance criteria for Engineering, Infrastructure, Risk, and Operations
  • Support release planning and coordinate priorities across engineering, QA, and operations to ensure timely, high-quality deliveries
  • Monitor release testing and operational performance; identify and drive resolution of issues that impact product delivery
  • Participate in manual QA and verification across releases to ensure production readiness
  • Engage clearing members and end-users to validate product functionality and ensure cohesive stakeholder alignment
  • Facilitate onboarding, documentation, and education for new products and services
  • Provide ongoing support to internal stakeholders including clearing operations, client services, and infrastructure teams

Skills

  • 2+ years of experience in business analysis, product management, or related role within financial services (experience at a Futures Commission Merchant (FCM), Broker-Dealer, Bank, Exchange (DCM), or Derivatives Clearing Organization (DCO) is a plus)
  • Bachelor's degree (minimum)
  • Strong analytical skills, with experience in release planning, prioritization, and defining acceptance criteria
  • Proven ability to work autonomously and own projects from conception through delivery
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; able to align diverse stakeholders and articulate product decisions
  • Collaborative, team-oriented approach; able to thrive in fast-paced, cross-functional environments
  • Experience with Agile software development processes
  • Familiarity with clearing and middle-office platforms (examples: FIS, ION, ATEO)
  • Hands-on experience working with post-trade, collateral management, or derivatives clearing systems
  • Prior exposure to client-facing product work involving clearing members or institutional clients
