Job description
Summary
EITACIES Inc. is hiring a Product Manager to join its cybersecurity platform team focused on data privacy and security products. The role owns the end-to-end product lifecycle, defines and prioritizes requirements, collaborates with engineering and UI/UX teams, gathers customer insights, and supports internal teams with product knowledge.
Responsibilities
- Own product lifecycle: vision, roadmap, execution, and delivery
- Define and prioritize product requirements based on business goals and customer needs
- Work closely with engineering teams to translate requirements into deliverables
- Lead sprint planning and align development priorities
- Collaborate with UI/UX teams to design wireframes and user experience
- Conduct customer calls and translate insights into product improvements
- Analyze market trends, competitor capabilities, and customer feedback
- Prioritize bugs based on severity and business impact
- Enable internal teams (support, sales) with product knowledge and updates
Skills
- 3+ years of Product Management experience in a Cybersecurity company (MANDATORY)
- Experience building products such as DLP, CASB, Data Security platforms
- Strong understanding of cybersecurity product ecosystems
- Proven ability to translate customer needs into product features
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced startup environment
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience working in startups
- Knowledge of data privacy laws and compliance frameworks
- Background working with leading cybersecurity companies
Qualifications
Must Haves
