Job description

Summary

Employee Magnets is seeking a CIM IT Engineer to provide technical support for shop floor control systems and related IT infrastructure within the manufacturing environment. This role ensures system availability, resolves IT issues promptly, and collaborates with cross-functional teams to maintain smooth production operations.

Responsibilities

  • Provide direct support to end users for shop floor control systems
  • Monitor system health and availability through daily checklists
  • Ensure Wistron customer and local subsystems remain operational
  • Handover pending activities or issues to the next shift and follow up on unresolved items
  • Escalate issues that cannot be resolved quickly or require intervention from other IT teams
  • Support rollout of applications and troubleshoot IT-related problems on the production floor

Skills

  • Diploma in IT Engineering or related field
  • Minimum 1 year in Shop Floor Control (SFC) support
  • Minimum 1 year in Power BI / RPA
  • Minimum 1 year in Servers / IIS / Active Directory / Databases (Oracle / PostgreSQL)
  • Minimum 1 year in Troubleshooting and application rollout
  • Minimum 1 year in NIFI / Kafka
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to lead and manage tasks effectively
  • Team collaboration and communication skills

Qualifications

Must Haves

  • Diploma in IT Engineering or related field
