Job description
Summary
Entegris uses advanced science to enable technologies that transform the world. The company is seeking a Portfolio Analytics Analyst Co-Op to support new product development systems, data quality, Power BI reporting, portfolio insights, AI-enabled analysis and automation, and data governance documentation.
Responsibilities
- Learn new product development (NPD) related systems, integration processes and data flows
- Assist cross-functional teams with maintaining system data and integrations, reviewing data quality, and resolving data issues
- Support the development of Power BI dashboards, portfolio metrics, and KPI reporting to identify trends and generate actionable insights
- Apply AI tools to support portfolio analysis, reporting, automation, and process improvement, while validating outputs for accuracy and relevance
- Document data mappings and field definitions, and support master data governance and portfolio analytics activities
Skills
- Currently enrolled as a senior pursuing a bachelor's degree or as a graduate student pursuing a master's degree
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and data-management skills, with attention to data accuracy, completeness, and consistency. Ability to learn NPD and enterprise business systems such as Accolade and Salesforce or other Customer Relationship Management (CRM) platforms
- Effective communication and collaboration skills for working across technical, commercial, and business functions
- Ability to work independently with guidance, document processes clearly, and support data-quality improvement activities
- Business Analytics, Data Analytics, Data Science, Information Systems, Computer Science, Applied Mathematics, Statistics, or a closely related field
- Current undergraduate or graduate student graduating in 2027 or later
- Must be a currently enrolled student
- Available to work 40 hours a week, M-F (8a-5p) beginning in January through June
- Must be familiar with the university's requirements to participate in a co-op program
- Entegris is not currently hiring candidates for co-ops/internships who will need, now or at any time in the future, Entegris sponsorship through the H1-B lottery
- Familiarity with Power BI through coursework, academic projects, internships, or work experience is preferred
- Practical experience using Microsoft Copilot or other generative AI tools for data analysis, reporting, and workflow automation, including output validation, is strongly preferred
