AI Solutions Engineer with JavaScript and Node.js

Summary

The company is seeking an AI Solutions Engineer to design and develop AI-driven applications using OpenAI APIs, prompt engineering, embeddings, semantic search, RAG, and agent architectures. The role also involves collaborating across frontend, backend, and API teams while applying JavaScript and SQL skills to build scalable full-stack solutions.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement solutions leveraging OpenAI API, including chat completions, tool/function calling, and streaming
• Develop system prompts and apply prompt engineering best practices
• Build and optimize embeddings and semantic search functionality using vector similarity techniques
• Architect and implement Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) solutions
• Create agent architectures, including tool loops and multi-agent routing systems
• Collaborate with frontend, backend, and API teams to ensure seamless service integration
• Apply JavaScript and basic SQL skills to build and maintain AI-driven applications
• Contribute to the development of scalable, full-stack AI solutions

Skills

• Experience with AI technologies, OpenAI API, and Agentic development
• Skills in prompt engineering, embeddings, and semantic search (vector similarity)
• Expertise in RAG and agent architecture, including tool loops and multi-agent routing
• Knowledge of skills and MCP
• Proficiency in JavaScript and basic SQL
• Familiarity with full-stack web architecture, including the roles of frontend, backend, and APIs and how these services connect
• English proficiency at B2 level or higher
