This role focuses on data collection architecture, platform optimization, data quality, and governance across our digital ecosystem. The ideal candidate brings strong hands-on experience with Adobe Experience Platform configuration and management, Customer Journey Analytics(B2B), Adobe Web SDK and Adobe Experience Platform Data Collection, and will play a key role in ensuring reliable data flow, accurate reporting, and scalable solutions.

This role will also collaborate closely across the broader Adobe Experience Cloud ecosystem, including Adobe Experience Manager, Adobe Journey Optimizer, and Adobe Marketo Engage to enable end-to-end customer data activation and insights.

Responsibilities

  • Own and support enterprise implementations of Adobe Experience Platform and Real-Time CDP, ensuring scalability, stability, and performance
  • Design and manage end-to-end data collection architecture using Adobe Web SDK, Edge Network, and datastreams
  • Architect and govern XDM schemas, datasets, identity namespaces, and merge policies to ensure accurate profile stitching and audience qualification
  • Develop and maintain tagging solutions via Adobe Experience Platform Data Collection across multi-domain environments
  • Develop, troubleshoot and deploy Data Connections and Data Views in CJA
  • Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve data ingestion, identity, and cross-platform discrepancies (AEP, Analytics, CJA B2B, downstream systems)
  • Implement data quality frameworks, validation processes, and Query Service-based checks
  • Define and enforce scalable, event-driven data layer standards (ACDL/EDDL)
  • Enable audience segmentation and activation, and integrate datasets into Customer Journey Analytics for cross-channel insights
  • Implement and manage consent and privacy frameworks (GDPR, CCPA), including integration with OneTrust
  • Partner with stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions; support documentation, governance, and team enablement

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in digital analytics implementation and data collection architecture
  • Strong hands-on experience with:
    • Adobe Experience Platform (AEP)
    • AEP Data Collection (Adobe Launch)
    • Adobe Web SDK
  • Experience implementing or supporting Real-Time CDP solutions
  • Experience working with Customer Journey Analytics (CJA)
  • Strong proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, and CSS for web instrumentation
  • Experience with XDM schema design, data modeling, and event-based tracking
  • Deep understanding of data layer architecture and governance
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies and software development lifecycle
  • Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
  • Bachelor’s degree in information systems, computer science, or a related STEM field

Recommended Qualifications

  • Experience with AEP Edge Network and Server-Side Event Forwarding
  • Hands-on experience with identity resolution and profile stitching in CDP
  • Knowledge of Adobe Analytics constructs (eVars, props, events, classifications)
  • Experience integrating AEP with downstream destinations and APIs
  • Experience integrating AEP with Adobe Journey Optimizer and Adobe Marketo Engage for activation use cases
  • Familiarity with multi-region/global data collection implementations
  • Experience with Python or automation for data validation and monitoring
  • Exposure to other tag management systems (GTM, Tealium)
  • Experience supporting enterprise-scale MarTech ecosystems
