Junior Software Developer - TS/SCI with FS Poly REQUIRED

Summary

Evans & Chambers Technology is seeking a Full Stack Web Developer to build a set of Insider Threat risk avoidance solutions for our intelligence community customer. This role involves writing code using the latest advancements in web technology and implementing solutions in a robust DevOps environment.

Responsibilities

• Build a set of Insider Threat risk avoidance solutions for our intelligence community customer
• Write code using the latest advancements in web technology from the front to the back-end on a platform of AWS services
• Think creatively and use judgement to prioritize multiple efforts to meet evolving Insider Threat challenges

Skills

• Must be a US Citizen
• Active TS/SCI clearance with Polygraph is strictly required
• 6+ years of experience writing code with languages such as Java, C++ or C#
• 3+ years demonstrated experience developing user interfaces with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JQuery, Angular2, Bootstrap, and other front-end libraries
• 3+ years demonstrated experience developing with Java-based MVC frameworks such as the Spring Framework and Spring Boot
• 3+ years demonstrated experience developing software with Hibernate ORM on relational databases such as MySQL and Oracle, and ability to write SQL queries
• 3+ years experience interfacing with SOAP and RESTful web services and APIs
• Experience with Java-based unit testing frameworks such as JUnit, Spock, and EasyMock
• Experience managing Linux operating systems and developing shell scripts
• Experience writing front-end unit tests with Jasmine
• Experience building and managing infrastructure on Amazon Web Services (AWS)
• Understanding of PKI certificates
