Summary

Favorited is a company focused on enhancing audience participation within digital communities. They are seeking a Designer with deep experience in social, mobile, or games to lead the design of user experiences across their platform.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design of user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity visuals for a gamified live streaming experience
• Design and refine gamified social features of our creators and users
• Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and game designers to translate ideas into intuitive, engaging interfaces
• Champion user-centered design principles across the product, ensuring clarity, usability, and delight at every touchpoint
• Leverage design thinking philosophies to conduct user research, usability testing, and incorporate feedback into rapid design iterations
• Anticipate how design decisions will scale in live service environments with frequent content updates and evolving features
• Advocate for cohesive visual design standards and UI/UX best practices across the platform

Skills

• 3-5 years of design experience, with at least 3 years in social, mobile, or games
• Proven track record designing for social features
• Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end design execution from concept through production
• Deep passion for gaming, live streaming, and real-time interactive online experiences
• Proficiency with industry-standard design tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite)
• Experience collaborating in cross-functional teams with product, design, and engineering
• Strong communication skills, with an ability to give and receive feedback openly and constructively
• Product design and design thinking experience (beyond games) is a strong plus
