This role manages a team of technical professionals and partners closely with Infrastructure, Security, Procurement, Finance, and Risk Management to protect enterprise assets and reduce operational and compliance risk.&nbsp;<br>&nbsp;<br>*We are open to remote candidates for this role&nbsp;<p></p><p></p><p><b>Key Responsibilities:</b>&nbsp;</p><ul><li>Lead and administer the Enterprise Hardware Asset Management (HAM) program across the full asset lifecycle.&nbsp;&nbsp;</li><li>Provide direct management and accountability for a team of technical professionals.&nbsp;</li><li>Oversee asset procurement controls, inventory governance, deployment, transfer, disposition, maintenance, and warranty tracking.&nbsp;&nbsp;</li><li>Ensure effective asset recovery, data security controls, and endpoint governance.&nbsp;</li><li>Administer and govern hardware asset tracking platforms including ServiceNow HAM, Absolute Console, Microsoft Intune, and SCCM.&nbsp;&nbsp;</li><li>Establish and&nbsp;maintain&nbsp;enterprise asset management processes aligned with FFIEC guidance, COBIT 2019, and internal GRC standards.&nbsp;&nbsp;</li><li>Lead internal, external, regulatory, vendor, and licensing audit responses related to hardware assets.&nbsp;&nbsp;</li><li>Ensure&nbsp;accurate&nbsp;inventory&nbsp;reporting, reconciliation, and documentation to support regulatory and financial requirements.&nbsp;&nbsp;</li><li>Develop and&nbsp;maintain&nbsp;policies, procedures, and standard operating controls to mitigate cybersecurity, endpoint, and physical asset risk.&nbsp;&nbsp;</li><li>Partner cross-functionally to align asset controls with enterprise risk management and financial planning.&nbsp;&nbsp;</li><li>Define and publish KPIs related to inventory accuracy, compliance, asset recovery, risk mitigation, and cost optimization.&nbsp;&nbsp;</li><li>Provide input to and administer cost center spending, including capital&nbsp;asset&nbsp;and purchase order decisions.&nbsp;&nbsp;</li><li>Identify&nbsp;and recommend automation and tooling enhancements to improve governance and reporting maturity.&nbsp;&nbsp;</li><li>Lead cross-functional initiatives to improve hardware asset management process maturity.&nbsp;&nbsp;</li><li>Conduct performance reviews, hire, and develop team members.&nbsp;&nbsp;</li><li>Support audit, regulatory, or operational needs&nbsp;outside of&nbsp;normal business hours as&nbsp;required.&nbsp;<br><br>&nbsp;</li></ul><p><b>Required Qualifications:</b>&nbsp;</p><ul><li>5+ years of progressive experience in IT infrastructure or hardware asset management.&nbsp;&nbsp;</li><li>3-5 years of lead,&nbsp;supervisory,&nbsp;or management experience in a technical environment.&nbsp;&nbsp;</li><li>Strong&nbsp;expertise&nbsp;in enterprise hardware asset lifecycle management.&nbsp;&nbsp;</li><li>Experience managing enterprise-scale hardware portfolios in a regulated industry.&nbsp;&nbsp;</li><li>Hands-on experience governing ServiceNow Hardware Asset Management, Absolute Console, Microsoft Intune reporting, and SCCM reporting.&nbsp;&nbsp;</li><li>Strong understanding of hardware inventory controls, endpoint governance, and asset security practices.&nbsp;&nbsp;</li><li>Experience responding to internal, external, or regulatory audits.&nbsp;&nbsp;</li><li>Knowledge of FFIEC regulatory expectations and familiarity with COBIT 2019.&nbsp;&nbsp;</li><li>Strong analytical, reconciliation, and data analysis skills.&nbsp;&nbsp;</li><li>Demonstrated ability to design, document, and enforce standardized governance processes.&nbsp;&nbsp;</li><li>Proven ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders in a regulated environment.&nbsp;&nbsp;<br><br>&nbsp;</li></ul><p><b>Helpful Qualifications:</b>&nbsp;</p><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business, Finance, or&nbsp;related&nbsp;field, or equivalent work experience.&nbsp;&nbsp;</li><li>ITIL certification.&nbsp;&nbsp;</li><li>Governance, audit, or risk certifications such as CRISC, CISA, or CGEIT.&nbsp;&nbsp;</li><li>Experience building and maturing enterprise IT Asset governance programs.&nbsp;&nbsp;</li><li>Strong executive-level communication and presentation skills.&nbsp;&nbsp;<br><br>&nbsp;</li></ul><p><b>Impact:</b>&nbsp;</p><ul><li>Improve enterprise hardware inventory accuracy and audit outcomes.&nbsp;&nbsp;</li><li>Reduce compliance, cybersecurity, and operational risk associated with hardware assets.&nbsp;&nbsp;</li><li>Optimize&nbsp;hardware lifecycle costs and capital asset&nbsp;utilization.</li><li>Strengthen hardware asset governance, reporting, and regulatory posture across the enterprise.</li></ul><p></p><p></p>$117,500.00 - $156,650.00 Annually<p>&nbsp;</p>This hiring range is a reasonable estimate of the base pay range for this position at the time of posting.
