Job description

Summary

Flick is building an AI-native filmmaking platform for filmmakers, creators, and storytellers. The Product Operations Intern will support users, investigate product issues, gather feedback, and translate recurring pain points into bug reports and short product requirements documents for engineering. The role also provides experience with AI-assisted support workflows and user experience improvement.

Responsibilities

  • Work closely with our team on customer support and product feedback
  • You’ll respond to users across email, Discord, and in-app feedback, use PostHog and AI tools to investigate issues, and follow up until they’re resolved
  • You’ll also identify recurring pain points and turn them into clear bug reports and short PRDs for our engineering team

Skills

  • You communicate clearly, reply promptly during agreed working hours, and keep users updated on open issues
  • You're detail-oriented, curious about AI and creative tools, and comfortable checking facts and asking for help when needed
  • Experience in customer support, community management, or product testing is a plus
