Job description
Summary
FocusKPI, Inc. is hiring a Product Design Strategist to lead the design and implementation of an AI-powered product platform. The role coordinates design, engineering, and AI development teams, conducts user and competitive research, creates product designs and prototypes, manages product development, and supports platform branding and marketing websites.
Responsibilities
- Lead the design and implementation of an AI-powered product platform, including both the core software interfaces(web and mobile) and customer-facing marketing websites
- Coordinate across design, engineering, and AI development teams to align feature development with product goals, user needs, and business strategy
- Conduct user research and competitive analysis to define product requirements, prioritize features, and shape intuitive user journeys
- Create wireframes, interactive prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs using Figma
- Translate product and design concepts into functional web applications using low-code/no-code platforms such as Bubble.io and Streamlit
- Manage the end-to-end product development lifecycle: define scope, set timelines, track progress, and facilitate communication between stakeholders
- Collaborate with AI engineers to design user interfaces that make AI-driven outputs (e.g., recommendations, insights, or content generation) understandable and actionable
- Develop and maintain the platform’s brand identity system, including logos, style guides, and tone-of-voice documentation to ensure consistent communication across touchpoints
- Build and optimize marketing websites and landing pages to support user acquisition and onboarding
Skills
- Position requires, at minimum, a U.S. Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related quantitative field
