Summary
Forage is building a modern payments stack that enables grocers, delivery platforms, and point-of-sale systems to accept EBT payments online and in stores. The Infrastructure Engineer will own critical services and processes, manage and improve cloud infrastructure and CI/CD, strengthen incident response and system reliability, and enhance developer experience.
Responsibilities
- Own Critical Services: Be responsible for critical services that power our applications, such as the compute and data storage layers powering Forage's payments processing and consumer app API systems
- Manage CI/CD: Help manage, improve and evolve our CI/CD pipeline, focusing on speed and reliability
- Improve Incident Response: Help our team reduce noisy alerting by tuning monitor sensitivity and expanding the self-healing/auto-scaling capabilities of our systems. Plan and organize activities to test and evolve how we respond to outages
- Enhance Developer Experience: Build for both engineers and non-engineers, expanding who can, and wants to, contribute code changes with the adoption of AI agent-led development
