Summary
Foxconn Industrial Internet - FII is seeking an SRE Developer to support and maintain production systems ensuring high availability and performance. The role involves assisting in system design, providing user support, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to improve system efficiencies.
Responsibilities
- Support and maintain production systems to ensure high availability and performance
- Assist in designing, implementing, and improving systems and processes
- Provide user support, training, and system issue tracking
- Learn and support Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) and production workflows
- Help design and implement control systems to minimize production issues and costs
- Customize MES tools to align with business and production requirements
- Administer and support production-related applications
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve system inefficiencies
Skills
- Associate's degree or higher in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent experience
- 0–3 years of relevant experience in IT, systems support, or software development
- Basic understanding of software development or system support tools and techniques
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities with attention to detail
- Self-motivated, hands-on, and results-oriented with the ability to learn quickly
- Ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal) for cross-functional collaboration
- Ability to clearly convey technical concepts and instructions
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 (Word, Excel, Teams, SharePoint, PowerPoint, Project)
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Exposure to Python or another programming language preferred
- Familiarity with databases is a plus
