Engineering Intern

Summary

Freudenberg Sealing Technologies is a global technology group committed to making the world cleaner, healthier, and more comfortable. They are seeking an Engineering Intern to support their team by running tests, analyzing results, and collaborating on technical challenges in a hands-on engineering environment.

Responsibilities

• Run tribology and e-mobility test stands, collecting and monitoring performance data
• Support the development and build-out of new testing capabilities and lab setups
• Analyze test results and summarize findings in clear, structured reports
• Troubleshoot equipment issues and assist with maintaining test systems
• Collaborate with engineers and technicians to solve technical challenges
• Manage multiple assignments while meeting timelines and project expectations
• Contribute ideas to improve testing processes, lab efficiency, and overall performance

Skills

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Chemical, Materials, Electrical Engineering, or a related field
• Highly motivated and eager to learn in a hands-on engineering environment
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
• Interest in testing, data analysis, or product development
• Experience working with lab or test equipment a plus
• Familiarity with basic data analysis and reporting (Excel, etc.)
• Exposure to machine shop tools or mechanical assembly a plus

Qualifications

Must Haves
