Job description

Summary

Faith Technologies, Inc. is a company focused on construction, engineering, manufacturing, and renewable energy. The Advanced Industrial Engineer, Product will optimize complex manufacturing and operational systems through advanced analysis, design-for-manufacturing, and continuous improvement, while leading strategic initiatives and cross-functional projects across multiple sites or programs.

Responsibilities

  • Design and optimize end-to-end manufacturing and operational processes for efficiency, quality, and scalability
  • Lead advanced time studies, line balancing, capacity modeling, throughput optimization, and simulation-based flow analysis to support data-driven decisions
  • Develop standard work, labor models, and ergonomic solutions for complex manufacturing environments
  • Apply Lean, Six Sigma, and Theory of Constraints to identify and eliminate waste across operations
  • Create cost models, make-vs-buy analyses, and ROI justifications for capital and process investments
  • Influence product design through DFMA, tolerance analysis, error-proofing, and assembly feasibility studies
  • Lead NPI industrialization efforts, including production layouts, material flow, and ramp-up strategies
  • Drive continuous improvement through Kaizen events, KPI development, and cross-functional leadership
  • Champion safety and ergonomic compliance (OSHA and applicable ISO standards) in all process and layout designs
  • Performs other related duties as required and assigned

Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field
  • 3-5+ years of Industrial or Operations Engineering
