Fueled is a leading digital strategy, design, and engineering agency. As a Product Designer, you will contribute to solving complex product challenges and shaping clear, high-value solutions, particularly in content-rich environments.
Responsibilities
- Design end-to-end experiences for content-rich, editorial, and information-heavy web and mobile products, often within CMS-driven and structured content environments
- Create and contribute to design systems and reusable patterns that support flexible content structures, ensuring scalability, consistency, polish, and long-term quality across projects
- Collaborate closely with internal cross-discipline teams, contributing to solutions that align product, engineering, and strategy toward cohesive outcomes, while exploring innovative approaches and challenging assumptions
- Support workshops and presentations as a key design contributor, building trust and credibility through clear storytelling, thoughtful communication, and demonstration of design impact
- Use motion and interaction design strategically to enhance clarity, guide user attention, and reinforce experiences in ways that communicate intent and craftsmanship
- Deliver design experiences that users trust and teams can scale, turning insight into intuitive solutions across flows, screens, and interactions
- Bring clarity to complex, ambiguous challenges, helping teams and clients move forward with confidence and reduced friction
- Strengthen cross-functional alignment, contributing to shared understanding and measurable progress across teams
- Build client confidence through thoughtful design contributions, clear communication, and well-presented ideas
