Job description

Summary

G3 is a company that focuses on building innovative technology solutions. They are seeking a Junior Frontend Engineer to help develop a low-code application builder, collaborating on frontend architecture and creating interactive user interfaces.

Responsibilities

  • Build and evolve a drag-and-drop app builder used across the company
  • Collaborate and shape frontend architecture decisions (React / Next.js)
  • Implement highly interactive, state-heavy UIs
  • Create component systems that non-developers can configure and use
  • Balance performance, usability, and flexibility in a complex environment

Skills

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • A portfolio/Git account that shows you've built things
  • Strong performance mindset
  • AI can be a useful tool but our engineers are expected to function without it
  • React / Next.js (you've built and deployed projects)
  • TypeScript: you understand the why of types
  • Modern CSS: Experience with Tailwind and/or MUI (we use both)
  • State Management: Understand how data flow through a complex application
  • You can design dense interfaces that still feel usable
  • You think about how users actually interact with systems
  • You understand tradeoffs between flexibility and clarity
  • You're comfortable shaping UX—not just implementing it
