The SQL Developer Analyst will analyze and program SQL-based solutions, work with large datasets, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet business objectives.

Responsibilities

• Analyzes, designs and programs SQL based solutions
• Communicates and coordinates with cross functional teams to ensure business objectives are met
• Works with Business Systems Analysts to ensure programming code meets business requirements
• Monitors functioning of equipment to ensure system operates in conformance
• Provides guidance and mentoring in technical areas to a team of Developer/Analysts
• Documents and submits status reports to leadership
• Provides guidance on new technologies/methodologies

Skills

• 3+ years working hands-on with SQL Server expertise, including TSQL development, database design, and performance optimization using stored procedures, functions, views, triggers, indexes, and constraints
• Strong experience working with large and complex datasets, data analysis, database mapping, replication, and distributed relational database architectures
• Proficient in data warehousing and reporting technologies, including SSIS for ETL processes and SSRS for developing and managing paginated reports
• Skilled in rapid prototyping and deployment of scalable data extraction solutions, with working knowledge of .NET Framework and C# (Web Services and WCF)
• Strong analytical, organizational, and collaboration skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and solve complex business challenges
