The Sr. Data Analyst will develop Power BI dashboards, integrate and analyze training data, monitor performance, and provide data-driven insights to support strategic decision-making and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Dashboard Design & Development: Design, develop, test and maintain dynamic and intuitive Power BI dashboards that provide critical insights into training operations performance and effectiveness
• Data Integration & Management: Integrate diverse data sources, including Spotfire and Smartsheet, into unified analytics platforms to create a comprehensive view of training data
• Data Analysis & Interpretation: Apply data visualization, statistical analysis, and data interpretation skills to identify trends, evaluate workforce deployment models, and assess the effectiveness of training programs
• Performance Monitoring & Optimization: Contribute to identifying performance trends and areas for improvement in training delivery and internal customer experiences
• Strategic Support: Provide data-driven insights to support strategic planning and decision-making within the training department
• Collaboration & Communication: Work cross-functionally with various teams to understand data needs, gather requirements, and present analytical findings clearly and concisely
• Continuous Improvement: Proactively identify opportunities to enhance data quality, reporting processes, and analytical capabilities

Skills

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a qualifying bachelor's degree
• Strong proficiency in designing, developing, and publishing interactive Power BI dashboards and reports
• Demonstrated ability to create clear, compelling, and effective data visualizations
• Understanding of database concepts and experience with data querying (e.g., SQL)
• Experience or familiarity with integrating data from various sources (e.g., Spotfire, Smartsheet)
• Solid understanding of statistical concepts and their application in data analysis
• Proven ability to interpret complex data, identify patterns, and translate findings into actionable insights
• Strong strategic problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail
• Basic understanding or interest in project management principles
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for cross-functional teamwork
• Eagerness to apply academic knowledge to practical business scenarios and continuously learn new technologies and methodologies
