Summary
Georgia IT, Inc. is seeking a Business Analyst to join their team in Jersey City, NJ. The role involves interviewing users, creating process maps, and documenting root causes of inefficiencies, as well as facilitating test planning and producing statements of work.
Responsibilities
- Interviewing users, creating process maps, and using other means to identify and document root causes of inefficiencies/areas of opportunity. (Defining the problem)
- Process Design prototyping: creating and rapidly iterating through a series of process prototypes and usability sessions to solicit further feedback
- Elicit, analyze validates, and documents business, organizational, and/or operational requirements and use cases for new processes or application features
- Facilitates test planning
- Produces statements of work
Skills
- Interviewing users, creating process maps, and using other means to identify and document root causes of inefficiencies/areas of opportunity
- Process Design prototyping: creating and rapidly iterating through a series of process prototypes and usability sessions to solicit further feedback
