Job description
Summary
GigFinder.ai is hiring a Customer Success Engineer to support customers using StartProto's AI Manufacturing OS. The role focuses on translating manufacturing processes into workflows and integrations, guiding implementations, supporting adoption, maintaining documentation and metrics, and influencing product direction through customer feedback.
Responsibilities
- Curate recommendations based on client priorities to ensure they are achieving ROI and help them make strategic business decisions
- Translate customer shop floor processes into StartProto workflows and integrations with MES, MRP, CRM, ERP, and other systems
- Collaborate with customers to define success metrics, capture requirements, and deliver targeted outcomes (e.g., time-to-value, data accuracy, process automation)
- Build and maintain technical documentation, playbooks, and best-practice guides to scale customer success efforts
- Serve as the trusted technical partner from pre-sale through ongoing adoption, guiding implementations and field-ready solutions
- Provide hands-on support during deployments, pilot programs, and post-implementation optimization
- Influence product direction by collecting customer feedback, identifying gaps, and communicating needs to the product and engineering teams
- Travel to customer sites as needed (approximately 20-50%), with expenses covered
- Maintain and track customer success & adoption metrics
- Responsible for adherence to all security and privacy requirements, rules and regulations and implement as required
