Summary
Aflac is seeking a Data Analyst to support its Digital Services division. The role focuses on researching business performance, analyzing operational and client program data, developing modeling and analytics tools, and preparing insights and presentations for organizational decision-making.
Responsibilities
- Performs business performance research by gathering, interpreting and comparing operational data for benchmarking and provides insights/recommendations to the organization
- Develops and updates mathematical modeling tools identifying performance metrics
- Assists with special projects requiring commensurate analytical expertise and the development of executive level presentations
- Ensures appropriate measures and reports are defined and implemented to assess organizational performance and/or initiative performance
- Partners with peer group to lead the architecture, development, and deployment of analytics tools that enable efficiency and scale in discovering actionable insights
- Conduct in-depth data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and insights related to Client program performance, employee experience, and organizational effectiveness
- Remains abreast of the latest software to build reports and conduct analysis efficiently, including Snowflake, Tableau, PowerBI and other analytic tools
