Summary
GlobalLogic is a digital engineering partner that helps companies create and transform digital products, platforms, and services. The Test Engineer will port test suites and Jenkins pipeline jobs to ARM hosts, develop Python PyTest frameworks for automated system-level validation, implement QEMU emulation wrappers, and debug failures across architecture targets.
Responsibilities
- Port existing test suites, scripts, and Jenkins pipeline jobs to execute natively or via emulation on ARM hosts
- Develop Python PyTest frameworks to validate core compute and kernel functionality under automated stress conditions
- Implement and maintain QEMU emulation wrappers within build pipelines to enable rapid software verification
- Debug test failures, build pipeline errors, and environment mismatches across architecture targets
- Extensive experience in test automation and pipeline development
- Testing Frameworks: Mastery of Python and PyTest for complex system-level test automation
- CI/CD Systems: Hands-on experience developing Jenkins shared libraries and Groovy pipeline scripts
- System Knowledge: Familiarity with Linux environments, Docker/QEMU virtualization, and multi-architecture build scripts
