Summary

The Analyst, Air Analytics role supports data-driven decision-making by developing reporting and analytics solutions, ensuring data quality, conducting analyses, and delivering insights for operational and strategic initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain dashboards, reports, and self-service analytics solutions that support operational and commercial decision-making
- Build new data visualization capabilities and continuously enhance existing reporting to improve usability and business impact
- Develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), identifying trends, variances, risks, and opportunities
- Translate business requirements into scalable reporting and analytical solutions
- Drive automation of recurring reporting processes, reducing manual effort and improving efficiency
- Partner with the Data Warehouse, Technology, external vendors, and other stakeholders to improve data quality, availability, and system performance
- Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve data discrepancies and reporting issues
- Ensure critical business data is accurate, accessible, and efficiently integrated across reporting platforms
- Support data validation, testing, and implementation efforts for new data sources and system enhancements
- Contribute to data governance initiatives that improve reporting consistency and reliability
- Conduct ad hoc analyses to support business initiatives, operational improvements, and leadership decision-making
- Analyze performance trends related to pricing, profitability, customer behavior, product adoption, revenue, operational efficiency, and other key business drivers
- Support forecasting, scenario planning, and business case development
- Assist with strategic initiatives and identify opportunities for process automation and continuous improvement
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to identify business challenges and develop data-driven solutions
- Present findings and recommendations to management and business partners in a clear and actionable manner
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Analytics, Business Administration, Data Science, Economics, Statistics, Information Systems, or a related field
- 1-3 years of experience in analytics, business intelligence, reporting, data management, or a related analytical role
- Advanced experience with Power BI/DAX and SQL
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex datasets and translate findings into business recommendations
- Working knowledge of gathering user request and translating into technical requirements
- Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail and data accuracy
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to present findings to both technical and non-technical audiences
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
