Summary
Greenlight is a family technology company that helps families raise financially smart kids and navigate life together through connected financial, safety, and family-management products. The Brand Designer will create visual assets and campaigns across marketing, advertising, and product touchpoints while strengthening Greenlight’s visual brand identity, ensuring brand consistency, and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Responsibilities
- Concept and design engaging visual assets across Greenlight’s brand and product ecosystem to support customer acquisition, engagement, and retention efforts
- Work on a range of creative projects like marketing and product launch campaigns, website landing pages, emails, social media content, in-app content, company swag, presentation decks, direct mailers, and more
- Leverage motion to engage viewers and support storytelling
- Drive consistency and cohesion across the brand, building upon guidelines and identifying opportunities for fresh visual expression
- Collaborate with marketing and product managers, creative directors, strategists, copywriters, designers, and cross-functional teams to ensure your work delivers on the creative brief and meets business objectives
Skills
- 1-3 years of design experience at a creative agency or in-house at a design-led company
- A dynamic portfolio showcasing diverse design skills: layout, typography, color, form, motion, storytelling, and brand systems
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to work within brand guidelines
- Strong visual and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment
- A strong grasp on contemporary design aesthetics, trends, and interest in emerging technologies
- Advanced design skills in Figma
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign)
- Working knowledge of AfterEffects
- Ability to design for print and create press-ready mechanical files
