Summary

Gridiron IT is a Women Owned Small Business headquartered in the Washington, D.C. area that specializes in providing comprehensive IT services tailored to meet the needs of federal agencies. They are seeking a Developer responsible for module/feature development in accordance with Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile processes, as well as evaluating data load/configuration requirements.

Responsibilities

• The ServiceNow developers are responsible for module/feature development in accordance with Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile processes for new capabilities or changes to out-of-the box capabilities as documented in user stories and approved for implementation by FDIC stakeholders
• The developers are also responsible for evaluating data load/configuration requirements, also captured and approved in user stories, to determine if their technical skillsets and engineering practices are required to produce the solution

Skills

• 2+ years of experience with Python, Java, JavaScript or a similar programming language
• 2+ years of experience for JavaScript and the Web as a platform, reusability, and componentization
• Experience with data modeling, data structure, algorithms, object-oriented design, design patterns, and performance/scale considerations
• Experience with any of the modern UI frameworks like Angular, React or Vue
• Working knowledge and ability to use tools to assist with daily tasks (IDE, debugger, build tools, source control, ServiceNow instances, profilers, system administration/Unix tools)
