Job description
Summary
Growth is an award-winning HubSpot Elite Partner that helps companies align their sales, marketing, service, and operations. They are seeking a HubSpot CMS Developer to work on project-based contracts, focusing on delivering creative solutions for clients using the HubSpot platform.
Responsibilities
- Develop and customize HubSpot themes and modules
- Create and manage HubDB builds and dynamic content templates
- Set up custom objects with associated modules and dynamic content
- Integrate 3rd-party tools with HubSpot via APIs
- Design and develop responsive HTML emails
- Troubleshoot and resolve HubSpot CMS and CRM issues
- Provide training and support for clients on HubSpot tools and features
- Support and customize HubSpot Marketplace assets
Skills
- 2-3 years web development experience to handle manual website page building in HubSpot CMS
- Proficiency in HTML/CSS and JavaScript
- Experience with Node.js and Hubl for creating flexible HubSpot modules
- Advanced understanding of HubDB, custom objects, and dynamic content
- Knowledge of GitHub and version control best practices
- Familiarity with HubSpot CLI for development
- Experience with responsive development ensuring high performance and accessibility
- Ability to create designs from tools like XD or Figma
- Knowledge of HTML email best practices
- Strong understanding of HubSpot CRM, Content Hub, and Marketing Hub
- Portfolio and (2) Professional References Required
- Availability during US working hours (Eastern Time Zone) for collaboration and communication
- Experience with Asana for project management
- Familiarity with leveraging AI tools like ChatGPT and Replit (to be discussed in the interview)
- Proven track record of effective troubleshooting and solving technical challenges
- Strong English communication skills (both written and verbal)
