Summary
Hagerty is an automotive enthusiast company and insurer of collectible and enthusiast vehicles. The Insurance Product Resolution Analyst executes audits for new insurance products and regulatory changes, validates post-release configurations, and identifies errors requiring corrective action. The role also develops SQL queries and automated testing, coordinates resolution plans across teams, and supports compliance and product-related inquiries.
Responsibilities
- Execute insurance product audits by reviewing rates, features, factors, document sending conditions, and post-release configurations
- Write and execute global SQL queries
- Write and execute automated testing to perform post-release audits
- Produce data-driven results for product and compliance query requests
- Proactively identify and escalate errors in insurance product configuration, coverage mapping, billing, and compliance processes; develop and propose solutions in collaboration with appropriate teams
- Own insurance product corrective action plans from identification through resolution, coordinating across internal teams (Product, Compliance, MSC, IT, Billing, Treasury) as needed
- Serve as the subject matter expert on active compliance and product resolution issues, fielding questions, investigating impacts, and communicating strategies to all impacted stakeholders
- Design, write, and maintain automation code (AutoIt and similar tools) for production cleanup efforts
- Respond and track Service Now tickets for rate inquiries and ensure timely resolution and closure of each ticket in accordance with team service standards
- Support corrective action efforts for the Apex insurance product when needed

- Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking, with the ability to identify root causes and navigate complex, multi-variable problems
- Excellent organizational and communication skills, including the ability to relay technical information clearly to both internal and external audiences
- Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional work independently, managing competing priorities without direct supervision
- Ability to translate incomplete business requests into documented technical and reporting requirements
- Strong SQL skills, including complex joins, common table expressions, query troubleshooting, and performance optimization
- Ability to build, maintain, and expand an automation library
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, SharePoint, and ADO or similar project tracking tools
- Minimum of one year Excel experience
- Minimum of one year Drivetrain and Salesforce experience
- Familiarity with public company requirements, including Sarbanes Oxley and key regulations, if applicable
- AutoIt automation experience
- Experience with insurance product configuration, compliance, or corrective action processes
