Job description
Summary
HappyRobot is the infrastructure for enterprises to build and orchestrate AI workforces. The Forward Deployed Engineer will work closely with customers to maximize the value of HappyRobot's AI platform, blending customer engineering with technical development.
Responsibilities
- Ensure customers maximize the value of our solutions
- Work closely with customers from onboarding through to their ongoing use of HappyRobot's AI platform
- Manage APIs and other tools for robust integration with various third-party systems
- Build new features or entire MVPs
Skills
- Comfortable Full-Stack: React, TypeScript, Node.js
- Strong proficiency in Python with hands-on experience
- Experience building AI/ML applications
- Manage APIs and other tools for robust integration with various third-party systems
- LLM prompting and tuning of voices and transcribers
- Constant iteration to perfect use cases
- Building new features or entire MVPs
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects under tight deadlines
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to explain technical concepts clearly
- Founder Mindset: Hard work + independence + ownership
