Summary
Harmonic Security builds an AI Governance and Control platform at the intersection of artificial intelligence and cybersecurity. The Deployment Engineer will onboard customers, provide technical support, troubleshoot deployment issues, document solutions, and collaborate with product and customer-facing teams to improve the deployment experience.
Responsibilities
- When something breaks, you pull the logs, HAR files and configs, write a clean root cause analysis, and hand engineering a sharp escalation
- Provide technical support during onboarding, acting as a trusted technical enablement partner to our customers
- You find opportunities to continuously improve and strengthen the deployment experience for our customers
- You will maintain internal guides and customer-facing documentation
- Beyond deployment support, you feed field findings into the product roadmap and partner with Customer Success, Solutions Architecture, QA and beyond to give our customers a first class experience
Skills
- Everyone here actively leverages AI tools to perform their best work
- We expect every new hire to bring a genuine curiosity for AI and a commitment to using it to work smarter, faster, and with greater creativity
- Hands-on experience deploying and supporting enterprise security or endpoint products in customer environments
- Familiarity with MDM platforms (Intune, Jamf or similar), browser extension rollout, SSO/identity configuration and network or endpoint setup
- You are happy working in a multi-OS environment (Windows, Linux, macOS)
- A track record of strong customer-facing communication, the kind where you coordinate through an issue, gather the right evidence, and close it cleanly
- Operational discipline: you turn one-off fixes into tracked, documented process so nobody has to firefight the same problem twice
- You should be comfortable with getting direct customer feedback and thrive in a fast-moving team where your work ships into the product, not into a backlog
- We want someone inquisitive and proactive who automates the repeat work, fixes the root cause, and makes life better for both the customer and their colleagues
- Ownership here isn't a buzzword: you have it, and we expect you to use it
- If you have an AI-first mindset, and a habit of looking for patterns you can automate away, it will set you apart
- Engineers from AI-native startups, analytics or data-insight platforms, or security and governance SaaS companies
- Some ability to read or write code is a bonus
