Summary
Haystack is hiring for a leading global airline recognized for its expansive network and commitment to customer experience. The role involves designing AI-powered workflow architecture, building reusable AI artifacts, and collaborating with various teams to deliver AI-driven solutions.
Responsibilities
- Design and evolve AI-powered workflow architecture to enhance performance, reliability, and efficiency across UX and front-end processes
- Build and maintain reusable AI artifacts and automation solutions, such as prompt frameworks and workflow pipelines
- Own the strategy and implementation of scalable AI-enabled systems, translating technical direction for various stakeholders
- Collaborate with engineering, design, and product teams to deliver AI-driven solutions in an Agile framework
- Enable product teams to adopt AI-driven workflows and modern development practices
- Measure the success of AI solutions through quantitative metrics demonstrating efficiency and business impact
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in software engineering, computer science, information systems, or a related field
- Experience in front-end development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and Agile environments
- Proficiency with design and prototyping tools such as Figma or Adobe XD
- Understanding of accessibility best practices and design systems
- Experience building or integrating AI/automation tools, APIs, or workflow systems
- Experience working with design systems or UX engineering practices at an enterprise scale
Qualifications
Must Haves
- Bachelor's degree in software engineering, computer science, information systems, or a related field
- Experience in front-end development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and Agile environments
