They are seeking a Leadership & Growth Intern to assist in structuring a brand ambassador program and to create promotional content while working closely with the Operations Manager.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with Operations Manager to structure brand ambassador program
• Generate ideas and creative for challenges and tasks for brand ambassadors to perform
• Communicate and conduct meetings with brand ambassadors
• Generate promotional content for social channels and distribution
• Organize and track completion of projects, information, contact lists, data and orders
• Research ambassador programs success's and structural programs
• Research schools and scout potential campus leaders to join our team
• Understand companies marketing approach and product management
• Gain real world experience working as a leader and mentor for students and co-workers
