Responsibilities

• Architect and develop scalable, maintainable web interfaces using React and modern best practices
• Optimise web performance and SEO to ensure maximum speed and accessibility across all global markets
• Evolve our design systems and component libraries to maintain visual consistency and development efficiency
• Own the software lifecycle, from initial design and API integration to automated testing and deployment
• Mentor and guide peers through code reviews and knowledge sharing to elevate the team’s collective technical bar
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate complex business requirements into high-quality technical solutions

Skills

• 3 to 4 years of experience in Frontend Development, with deep mastery of JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and React
• Strong testing mindset, with hands-on experience in tools like Cypress, Playwright, or Testing Library
• Architecture expertise, including a solid understanding of design patterns and integrating with microservices
• Bilingual proficiency in both English and Spanish (C1 minimum) for global collaboration
• Proven track record of building responsive, SEO-friendly applications that scale
• Proactivity
• Experience with Astro, Tailwind CSS, or modern hydration strategies
• Cloud provider certifications (AWS/GCP/Azure)
