They are seeking a passionate Editorial Intern to create engaging cultural content primarily in the fashion, footwear, art, music, and design spaces, involving writing news stories and curating social media posts.

Responsibilities

• Research and write compelling news articles on contemporary culture
• Curate, write and schedule engaging social media posts across Hypebeast's platforms
• Learn social media trends and audience engagement to optimize content strategy
• Collaborate with the editorial team to align social media content with ongoing stories and features
• Support the team in brainstorming and pitching new content ideas
• Participate in editorial meetings and contribute to the overall content strategy
• Support operations and project management by maintaining project trackers and assisting with team communications. across editorial and event initiatives including Print Magazine and Tentpole events / IP

Skills

• Strong interest in contemporary culture
• Excellent writing and editing skills with a keen eye for detail
• Familiarity with social media platforms and content strategies
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
• Strong research skills and the ability to identify credible sources
• Prior experience in writing or social media management is a plus but not required
