Summary
Imagine360 is a health plan solution company focused on customized, member-focused healthcare solutions. The Analyst II performs advanced data analysis, develops predictive data models, creates reports and dashboards, ensures data quality, and collaborates with cross-functional teams to support business decisions and process improvements.
Responsibilities
- Conduct in-depth analysis of complex data sets using statistical methods, machine learning models, and other advanced analytical techniques
- Develop and implement data models to forecast trends, predict outcomes, and support strategic planning
- Design and create detailed reports, dashboards, and visualizations to effectively communicate findings and insights to stakeholders
- Refine and enhance existing reporting tools and dashboards to meet business needs and drive performance improvements
- Oversee the integrity and accuracy of data by performing thorough data validation, cleaning, and quality checks
- Implement and maintain data management practices to ensure data consistency and reliability
- Partner with cross-functional teams to understand their data needs and deliver analytical support for various projects and initiatives
- Lead or contribute to project teams by providing data-driven insights and recommendations
- Identify opportunities for optimizing data processes and workflows to improve efficiency and effectiveness
- Recommend and implement best practices for data analysis and reporting
- Provide guidance and support to junior data analysts, including training on analytical techniques and tools
- Share knowledge and best practices to help build the analytical capabilities of the team
Skills
- • Bachelor's Degree in related field or 3+ years of relevant experience required
- • Proficiency in SQL, Excel, PowerBI, Python
- • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- • Team experience working closely with business professionals and technical resources to act as a bridge between the two groups (internal / external)
- • Excellent organizational skills, with acute attention to detail
- • Basic understanding of healthcare data sources and terminology preferred
- • Artificial intelligence experience preferred
