Summary

Ingersoll Rand is a global provider of mission-critical flow creation and life science technologies. The Executive Compensation Analyst supports executive compensation programs by preparing reports, analyzing compensation data, maintaining accurate records, and supporting compensation reviews, annual cycles, and market benchmarking activities.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare and distribute recurring and ad hoc compensation reports
  • Maintain compensation databases, trackers, and reporting tools with accurate data
  • Conduct quality assurance checks to identify and resolve data discrepancies
  • Execute compensation processes in line with established procedures and governance
  • Support annual compensation cycles through data collection, reporting, and coordination
  • Maintain documentation and records for compliance and audit requirements
  • Analyze compensation data to evaluate internal pay alignment and market competitiveness
  • Validate, reconcile, and summarize compensation data to provide trends and insights for decision-making

Skills
