Summary
Insilico Logix is a company committed to providing quality IT solutions. They are seeking an Entry level QA/BA Analyst to draft quality assurance policies, analyze data for improvements, and support audits to ensure compliance with quality standards.
Responsibilities
- Draft quality assurance policies and procedures
- Should always be ready with the options, instead of solutions as sometimes solutions may take longer time in implementation
- Always be ready for negotiation with all the stakeholders as sometimes you need to convince the business owners and sometimes the developers
- Review the implementation and efficiency of quality and inspection systems
- Analyze data to identify areas for improvement in the quality system
- Develop, recommend and monitor corrective and preventive actions
- Prepare reports to communicate outcomes of quality activities
- Identify training needs and organize training interventions to meet quality standards
- Coordinate and support on-site audits conducted by external providers
- Evaluate audit findings and implement appropriate corrective actions
- Monitor risk management activities
- Responsible for document management systems
- Assure ongoing compliance with quality and industry regulatory requirements
