Job description
Summary
Inspira Financial is seeking a Cloud Operations Engineer to support and administer its Azure-based cloud infrastructure and related operational platforms. The role focuses on Azure operations, monitoring, automation, production incident troubleshooting, systems administration, infrastructure reliability, and collaboration with engineering, development, security, and client service teams.
Responsibilities
- Administer and support enterprise Azure infrastructure and cloud services
- Monitor platform health and proactively investigate alerts, incidents, and service degradation
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex production issues across infrastructure, networking, identity, and application layers
- Support Infrastructure as Code deployments and operational automation initiatives
- Maintain Active Directory and Entra ID environments
- Support disaster recovery, backup validation, and business continuity efforts
- Participate in on-call rotations and production incident response
- Develop and maintain operational runbooks and technical documentation
- Partner with Cloud Engineering, Development, Security, and Client Service teams to support platform operations
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
- 1-3 Years of Relevant Experience
- Hands-on Azure administration in production environments
- Experience supporting Infrastructure as Code deployments
- Experience using Azure Monitor, Datadog, Splunk, Grafana, or similar monitoring platforms
- Experience supporting AKS/Kubernetes environments
- Experience administering Azure Virtual Desktop
- Experience troubleshooting production incidents and performing root cause analysis
- Strong systems administration foundation across Windows, Linux, VMware, Active Directory, and Entra ID
