Summary
Integreon is a global provider of legal and business solutions to law firms, corporations, and professional services firms. The Associate or Analyst will draft, review, and negotiate procurement contracts, perform quality checks, manage assigned workloads, and deliver accurate work in accordance with project guidelines and service-level agreements.
Responsibilities
- Draft and review contracts across multiple agreement types
- Negotiate client-preferred terms in alignment with Playbook and guidelines
- Collaborate effectively as a team member, while managing individual workload
- Perform QC on drafted/reviewed contracts, as per project instructions
- Maintain accurate record of work performed and endure timelines are met
- Deliver work with consistent quality, meeting or exceeding SLAs
- Take on additional tasks and responsibilities as assigned
Skills
- 2 - 3 years of experience in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating a wide range of agreements, including NDAs, Statements of Work, Amendments, and Master Service Agreements
- 2+ years of experience in procurement contract drafting, review, and negotiation
- Strong ability to interpret and analyze complex contractual language, identify risks, and propose mitigations
- Strong communication skills (both written and verbal) with the ability to articulate issues clearly
- Detail-oriented, target-driven, and capable of managing multiple priorities
- Proficiency in MS Word and familiarity with contract redlining platforms/tools
- Logical thinker with sound decision-making skills and problem-solving ability
- Adaptive to process changes with a quick learning curve
- Self-motivated, disciplined, and able to work independently with minimal supervision
- Commitment to confidentiality and compliance with ISO and organizational standards
- Attorney or JD-qualified with 2+ years of experience in contract drafting and negotiation
