Full Stack Developer

Summary

INTEGRITYOne Partners is a company specializing in IT modernization and business transformation for Federal clients. As a Full Stack Developer, you will deliver software solutions that support law enforcement missions and work collaboratively with team members to solve complex technical problems.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver results over multi-week sprints
• Gather requirements, design, implement, and test software and systems
• Develop scalable, high-performance, and highly available applications and systems components
• Diagnose and resolve complex system issues
• Communicate effectively with clients, team members, and other development teams
• Respond to client requirements in tight timeframes

Skills

• US Citizenship (ability to obtain and maintain a DHS 6C Public Trust clearance)
• Bachelor's degree or higher (computer science background recommended but not required with suitable experience)
• Periodic onsite presence (approximately 1-2 days per month) in Crystal City, VA
• Candidates should possess at least 3 years of relevant experience; however we are actively hiring across multiple experience levels, including more senior candidates
• Proven track record in designing and developing scalable applications
• Python, SQL, Git and GitHub
• Relational databases (JPA/JDBC persistence)
• IaC (Terraform, Ansible, Jenkins)
• Spring Boot microservices (GraphQL/REST)
• Containerization (Docker)
• Container Orchestration (AWS ECS/EKS, Kubernetes or OpenShift)
• Experience working in government or high-security environments
